DELIVERY.

Vanilla Beans Store is delighted to offer the shipping of any products within the UAE Dubai, Al Ain, Abu Dhabi, Ras Al Khaimah, Sharjah, Ajman and Umm Al Quwain for orders over 550 AED.

Delivery is free of charge within Dubai areas. The rate of the delivery fee varies and depends on the other cities location. Please note that the amount of the fee will be added automatically when the client is checking out by confirming and by processing the payment online.

Kindly note that we are grouping the deliveries on a specific day per week. It takes about 2~3 business days from the date of order confirmation to get delivered. We will notify the client at least one day before the delivery.

It may occur that for some reasons, we may facing delays as we are working with third party couriers. In that case, we will make sure that the client will be informed about the rescheduling.

Please consider the fact that the delivery slots per day may vary and depend on each client location. You shall receive your parcel before the end of the delivery day.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect carefully your order upon the delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, broken, shows damages or if you accidentally received the wrong item. We will do our best to fix it and get everything right.
Returns must be initiated the same day of reception of the product. The customers should contact us via WhatsApp or by filing a request online. We will assist and will schedule a return shipping accordingly.

Once the returned item is received, we will proceed to an inspection to ensure the return criteria.

REFUND

Refunds will be issued to the original method. It may take 5 -10 business days for the refund to settle and to reach the bank account of the customer.
Shipping cost can be refunded if the return is due to a product defect or an error on our part.

As a resolution, all full refund with or without the shipping cost or a replacement product will be offered.

CONDITION OF ITEMS & NON RETURNABLE ITEMS

Products must be unused in their original packaging with the intact original seals.
Our products are perishables and can't be returned once opened or out of their original packaging. Please refer to **DAMAGES AND ISSUES section in case you received the wrong item or in case there is any problems regarding your order.

Vanilla Beans Store is not responsible for any shipping delivery affected by customs, natural occurrences, or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back end charges.

For International orders, Vanilla Beans Store does not cover shipping rates, custom duties or VAT, varied by countries.

Delivery is approximately 5 -7 days after time of shipment. Orders placed on or during UAE public holidays might expect slight delays.
