Madagascar is the main producer in the world of Madagascan Bourbon Vanilla (also known as Planifolia) with more than 30,000 hectares of plantations on the island. It's in the region of SAVA (Sambava, Antalaha, Vohemar, Andapa) in the Northeast of the island that you will appreciate large areas of Vanilla plantations.

This Vanilla variety well known as “BOURBON” confirms its origin. Only the islands of Ile de la Reunion and Madagascar can bear this name.

This Vanilla is high in Vanillin content, rich and aromatic with some distinctive notes of chocolate.

I am Njara originally from Madagascar and with my husband Geerish who is from Mauritius, we together embarked on this flavorful journey since 2021 during the COVID pandemic. We were convinced that home bakers should easily access good produce in the comfort of their home. A few years after Vanilla love sharing, we expanded our activity and are now working on a mission to convince the middle east professional community that Vanilla can be more than just an ordinary spice. We chose to work exclusively with Organic Certified Partners not only for the traceability of the product but also to support the sustainability of the initiative of these farmers who have decided to do things differently. Knowing the market’s mediocre options, we decided to go Organic so our clients always know exactly what they are getting.

Our team is originally from Madagascar. We partner directly with a passionate friend who manages a small sustainable farm in Madagascar. We work in small batches by only selecting A Grade Vanilla beans without overstocking to ensure top quality.
